Conditions of the offer
Free accommodation when buying property
If you purchase a property through Nils Ott Real Estates during your visit, your accommodation remains free within the agreed conditions. This offer is designed for buyers who want to view properties personally before making a decision.
Location
Accommodation is organised in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria. This is a convenient base for property viewings along the Black Sea coast.
Duration
The standard duration of the offer is 3 nights / 4 days. Dates must be agreed in advance.
If you buy
If you purchase a property during your visit, the accommodation remains free within the agreed conditions.
If no purchase is made
If you decide not to buy a property, the accommodation costs 30 EUR per night.
Transfer
Transfer from Varna Airport costs 55 EUR and is paid by the client.
Prior agreement
Accommodation, dates, viewings and the visit programme must be agreed with us in advance.
Important
These conditions apply only to Bulgaria
The conditions stated on this page — 3 nights / 4 days, 30 EUR per night if no purchase is made and transfer from Varna Airport for 55 EUR — apply exclusively to the buyer programme in Bulgaria, especially in Sunny Beach.
These conditions do not automatically apply to Georgia, especially Batumi. Travel organisation, accommodation, viewings and buyer support in Georgia must be requested separately.

Accommodation and arrival
We agree the accommodation dates, the programme and, if needed, transfer from Varna Airport.
Viewings
On site, we show you selected properties and explain costs, documents, advantages and possible risks.
Georgia / Batumi
Conditions for Georgia are available on request
We also advise buyers on property in Georgia, especially in Batumi. Many clients are interested in new-build projects, holiday apartments, short-term rental properties and investment real estate.
However, the free accommodation programme described on this page applies only to Bulgaria. For Georgia, the organisation of travel, accommodation, viewings and buyer support depends on the project, dates, availability, local partner and your individual goals.
Therefore, conditions for Batumi are agreed individually on request.
