This is a complex in Aheloy! The facility features 3 swimming pools, free loungers, a tennis court, sports field, table tennis, massage services, and many other amenities!

The complex is located 300 meters from the sandy beach! Within walking distance, there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, the post office, bank, etc. The complex is open year-round and more than ten German families already live here full-time! The complex has more than 200 apartments of various sizes.

We offer fully furnished rentals:

- Studio (about 45 m²): 200 euros - with sea view: 250 euros…

- Two-room apartments (about 65 m²): 250 euros - with sea view: 300 euros
- Three-room apartment approximately 75 m²: 400 euros

A deposit of two months' rent and a broker fee equivalent to half a month's rent are charged once.

Prices are per month based on a minimum rental period of 12 months with a valid Bulgarian lease agreement! Shorter terms of 6 months are possible at a small surcharge on the above monthly rent!
You can bring your own furniture. Items not needed can be stored by the complex for a small fee.

Electricity and water are registered in each tenant's name and are private supplies! These costs are paid separately each month. We require a deposit of two months' rent plus a half-month broker fee.

An online viewing is available at any time!

Since several Germans live in the complex year-round, this offer is also aimed at emigrants who have not yet found their exact destination! Here you can buy or rent your dream house or apartment for six months! Assistance can be provided with official procedures in Bulgaria such as registration, registering your car, insurance, etc.

Of course, the apartments can also be used as holiday rentals for short-term vacations!

- Two-room apartment with distant sea view: 250 euros
- Two-room apartment with pool and partial sea view: 300 euros

Additional costs include water, electricity, sewage (5 euros per month), and internet. A one-time deposit of two months' rent and a broker fee of half a month's rent apply.

Aheloy is located 4 km from Ravda, 7 km from Nessebar, 9 km from Sunny Beach, 12 km from Sveti Vlas — also close to Pomorie (5 km), Sarafovo (15 km), and Burgas (23 km)!
