Initially, the apartments have a special setup where the power supply is via industrial electricity or the previous administrative connection.

For tenants wishing to apply for a residence permit in Bulgaria, it is important to register the rental agreement accordingly. After registration, it is possible to transfer or register the electricity connection with the management.

The exact procedure and necessary documents should be coordinated individually with the responsible administration or Bulgarian authorities.

About Chateau Aheloy 2 Complex

Chateau Aheloy 2 is a secured residential complex located in a quiet area of Aheloy. The complex includes a large, fenced property with two six-story buildings, multiple separate entrances and elevators, as well as various apartment types. Amenities include two large outdoor pools, well-maintained outdoor areas, play zones, sports facilities, parking spaces, and year-round security and access control.

The complex is just a few minutes’ walk from Aheloy Beach. Current information about accommodation at Chateau Aheloy 2 indicates it is approximately 700 meters to the beach and about 8 kilometers to Nessebar’s historic old town.

Location – Aheloy and Surroundings

Aheloy is a small coastal town in Burgas Province on the Black Sea, belonging to the Pomorie municipality. It lies between Burgas and Nessebar, combining a relatively quiet residential area with good accessibility to well-known holiday destinations along Bulgaria’s southern Black Sea coast.

In the nearby surroundings, there are shops, restaurants, cafés, and other daily necessities. Tourist centers such as Nessebar, Sunny Beach, and Sveti Vlas are easily accessible by car. Burgas Airport is also relatively close.

This makes it suitable not only for a traditional summer holiday but also for those wishing to live longer-term on Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast while maintaining good connections to Burgas and regional tourist hubs.
