This is a complex in Aheloy! The facility includes 3 swimming pools, free sunbeds, tennis court, sports field, ping-pong table, massage, and many other amenities!
The complex is located 300 meters from the sandy beach! Within walking distance, you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, post office, bank, and much more. The complex is open year-round, and more than ten German families already live here permanently! The complex has more than 200 apartments of various sizes!
We offer fully furnished apartments for rent:
This is just a sample apartment, and there are several such apartments available for rent.

2-bedroom apartments (approximately 65 m²) – 250 euros, with sea view – 300 euros.

The prices are per month with a minimum rental period of 12 months and a valid Bulgarian rental agreement! Shorter rental periods are possible with a small surcharge.
We charge a one-time deposit of 2 months' rent and a commission of 0.5 months' rent.
You can also bring your own furniture! We can store unused furniture for a small fee!
The complex uses industrial electricity. Only after registering the rental contract and applying for the Litschnakarte (personal ID card), the electricity will be switched to the cheaper household electricity, which takes about 1 month.
