The closed San Vayve complex with its own infrastructure is located in the second line from the sea, just 140 meters from the beach. The complex covers a vast area of 17,000 square meters and consists of 4 buildings with separate entrances and elevators. Each five-story building (one with 7 floors) houses apartments of various sizes ranging from 35 to 120 square meters—studios and 1- or 2-bedroom apartments—finished with turnkey surfaces and equipped with bathrooms. Many of the apartments offer frontal and side sea views. The building has Act 16.
