Three of the four beaches in the area are sandy beaches, one consists of sand and pebbles. All offer deck chairs and umbrellas (for a fee), cafés, sports fields, playgrounds, as well as facilities with on-duty doctors and lifeguards. The entrance to the sea is shallow, and the water is clean and warm.

In town, you can visit the old Church of Saint Athanasius, take a carriage ride, attend a concert in a modern amphitheater with 450 seats, buy fresh fruit at the market, and stroll along the beautiful promenade.

At the edge of town, there is an airsoft field.

You can reach the historic Nessebar in 20 minutes by bus.
