The complex is located 300 meters from the beach! Within walking distance, you’ll find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, post office, banks, etc. The complex is open year-round, and more than ten German families already live here full-time!

Prices are per month with a minimum rental period of 12 months under a valid Bulgarian lease agreement! Shorter rental periods are possible with a small surcharge on the monthly rent! We charge a one-time deposit of 2 months' rent and a 0.5-month commission fee.
You can also bring your own furniture! If you don’t need some of our furniture, we can store it for you for a small fee! Until the lease agreement is registered and the personal card application is submitted, the apartments will be connected to industrial electricity. After that, the electricity will be switched to household use. This takes about 1 week.
