This is a complex located in Aheloy. The facility features 3 swimming pools, free loungers, a tennis court, sports field, table tennis, massage services, and many other amenities!
The complex is just 300 meters from the sandy beach! Within walking distance, you'll find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, the post office, bank, and more.
The complex is open year-round, and more than ten German families already live there full-time! It has over 200 apartments of various sizes.

2-room apartments (approx. 65 m²): €250 - with sea view €300
Prices are monthly and based on a minimum rental period of 12 months with a valid Bulgarian lease agreement! Shorter rental periods are possible at a small surcharge on the above monthly rent.
We require a deposit of 2 months' rent and a one-time agency fee of 0.5 months' rent.
You can also bring your own furniture! Items not used from our furniture can be stored for a small fee.

Until the lease agreement is registered and the Litschnak card is issued, the apartments have industrial electricity. Afterward, it will be switched to household electricity—this process takes about one week.
